Solutions for stuck players (MAJOR SPOILERS)

First puzzle: Get through the orange trap door:
Get as much speed as you can with your sub and smash into it. 

Second Puzzle: Get passed the octopus:
Turn off your lights (spacebar to control lights) and sneak passed the octopus. 

Third puzzle: Get through the window?
Push a fish up into the window to lure the shark over.
